Job Description:
1. Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company revenue goals and profitability.
2. Manage 7-10 territory sales and manage team of 30+ executives
3. Development of proposals, agreements and pitches for prospective Clients
4. Keep regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion.
5. Take part/organize business Events/Exhibitions/B2B meetings to get new business leads.
6. Work closely with the plant to develop sustainable product for market.
7. Develop subordinates to take larger Responsibilities and Roles as per the requirements.
8. Finalization of annual target in consultation with HOD.
9. To build strong brand image in the market by ensuring highest standards of quality in the work executed.
10. Prior Work Experience in the Telecom, FMCG, Internet / E-Commerce Industry shall be given preference.
