Designation : State Sales Head

CTC : 31 to 32 Fix + Esops ( stocks )

Must be from Premier Institute 12' 13' 14' 15' 16' batch

They should handling team of 7 to10 Territory sales manager and 20 to 30 Sales executives

We are looking candidate from Telecom, FMCG, Internet / E-Commerce

JD- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals. Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.

- Coordinating with Field Staffs

- Implement of business plan

- Reviewing sale of as per States

- Market review of new products

- Keeping up to date of products, service & schemes

- P & L, New Product launch

- Handle sales through Channel & Distribution

- Excellent communication and influencing skills

- Exposure to the start up environment is an added advantage.

- Problem solving abilities with strong bias for impact

- Strong ethics and discretion while dealing with customers

- Drive for result, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative established targets and metrics.
