State Manager - Odisha

- Market scanning and opportunities identification in the state for new partnership development including NGOs, knowledge partners, government agencies/missions, and corporates

- Relationship management and partnership development with existing partners for further growth and expansion

- Support the relevant teams with inputs, insights, and access to key stakeholders for enhanced and relevant programme design and development activities

- Plan, roll out, and manage all programmes in the state, including formal and non-formal learning, research, or any other, in collaboration with the RPF central team and stakeholders in the state

- Monitor, oversee, and review all programmes to achieve desired outcomes and impact

- Scout, build, and manage external partners for programme support and implementation

- Cultivate and manage a network of volunteers to set up and run clubs, as well as for support activities, such as translations and events

- Plan and organise high-impact engagement events like Coolest Projects, Hackathons, Conferences and Seminars, and Community events

- Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting of all program activities in the state

- Administrative responsibilities including team hiring, budget planning and management, and facilities and logistics

- Represent the organisation to external audiences, attending outreach events, and facilitating workshops with teachers and volunteers

Salary : 10-12 LPA
