Position : State Manager - Commercial Vehicle

Location : Maharashtra

Role Overview and Ownership Areas :

The Incumbent as the State Manager, will be responsible for the State Commercial Vehicle - LCV/HVC/CE Business Growth and Strategy, Targets and Plans, Execution and Operating Metrics, including P&L

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Capable of driving Sales initiatives independently

- To keep abreast of all the developments taking place in the Commercial Vehicle Sector and establish a system to record the same and spread knowledge/information within the organization in a systematic manner

- Strong Credit & structuring experience. Structuring deals with Institutions / Dealers

- Establish a system for sourcing of business that fits into the credit lending philosophy of the company

- To evaluate proposals and structure finance for the Commercial Vehicle Business across Region

- Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified

Desired Skillsets / Experiences -

- 13 - 15 years of Commercial Vehicle Business Experience with Sales and Operations background

- At least 2-3 years of Experience in leading State / Region level sales and operations teams for large institution

- Adept in managing client relationship with strategic/marquee accounts

- Experienced leader and builder of customer centric teams/organizations

- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and Regional language)

Qualification :

- MBA from Tier I/II B School

Attributes :

- Good Analytical, Critical and Logical reasoning skills

- Ability in handling, interpreting and analysing data

- Proactive, self-starter, ability to work independently with minimal guidance

- Willingness to travel extensively within the State/Region

- Good understanding of the local geography, culture, market characteristics/traits
