- Drive penetration of the entire range of the products

- Adequate dispersion of Primary, Secondary and Tertiary sales of entire area for both GT & MT
- Ensure consistent growth, both organic & inorganic i.e existing stores & new stores
- Train, develop and motivate the team comprising ASE/ SO/ Supervisors/ BA
- Distribution management and market hygiene for products by giving continuous feedback to Vertical Heads and Operations Head
- To control & execute the Trade Marketing initiatives in the desired manner in the market/stores to get the optimum results
- Ensure ROI of channel partners
- Ensure operational profitability
- Review and evaluation of the team periodically
- Sales & stock forecast for the next 3 months
- Coordination with KAM, Trainer & Trade Marketing Team for improvement of Sales and quality of team
- Daily reports - Consolidated report of SO and Supervisors
