- Managing the day to day activities of the sales force in order to implement the organization s overall strategy for the assigned geography.
- Responsible for ensuring that agent appointment targets are met
- Seeking new opportunities for expanding the market for overall business
- Managing sales/ transactions in the allotted area/ geography
- Ensuring smooth process flow for new agent onboarding at various merchant points as well as the branches
- Perform pre- audits to identify & mitigate operational risk and to ensure ongoing adherence with compliance procedures
- Responsible for growing customer base; consumer and business relationships through internal and external marketing programs, developing and growing business and consumer relationships.
