( State Head ) GUJARAT - MNC Consumer Durable Major - Sales Role (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Taking care of the sales with focus on achieving predefined sales target & growth.
- Forecasting & planning monthly & quarterly sales targets & executing them in a given time frame.
- Developing new clients & negotiating with them for securing profitable business.
- Monitor competitor activities & devise effective counter measures.
- Identify, qualify & pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
- Involved in organizing promotional activities like dealers meet & other activities.
- Identifying/networking with financially strong and reliable dealers/channel partners, resulting in market penetration. Ensuring cost effective logistic operations & ascertain sufficient inventory levels at each sales outlet/ distribution channel.
- Planning & implementing promotional activities to enhance maximum brand visibility, increasing Volume & creating product image.
- Analyzing & reviewing the market response/ requirement and strategizing brand plans accordingly,
- Expanding the dealer infrastructure & appoint new dealers/stockiest in untapped market. Product Launches / Promotions/Branding/display & Visual merchandising.
- Conceptualizing marketing activities for successful launching of New Products.
- Utilize market feedback to develop marketing intelligence for positioning the products.
Candidate Requirement :
MBA Preferred
- Candidate should have a strong - Gujarat Market work experience, its mandatory
- Should have currently handled a team
