Job Summary:

"State Head - Sales & Marketing" for House Wires & Cables across Maharashtra Region based at Mumbai.

Preferred Manufacturing Industries:

Wires, switch gears, MCB etc. (electrical industry)

Roles & Responsibilities:

To develop and establish organisational objectives.

- Effective management in Sales LDC / Wires etc.

- Developing dealer/distributor market.

- Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies

- Take approvals with consultants and those related to a project inquiry and bring business through corporate as well as retail sales.

- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information, Expand, develop marketing platforms and implement marketing plans to improve market penetration

- Conduct seminars / contractor/ wire-man meets

- Monitor industry best practices

- Striking project sales

- Team Management

Education and Experience:

- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma / BSC-Electronics

- Technical marketing skills

- Should have a good network in the retail segment

- Proven experience in House Wires & Cables

- Relevant product and industry knowledge
