State Head - Sales - FMCG (13-15 yrs)
Job Responsibility :
- Design and implement distribution strategy for Retail Penetration & Market Expansion
- Planning and ensuring achievement of sales growth as per budget / forecast across SKUs in all the product categories, through channel partners and gain market share in the territory as per company's strategy.
- Analyze logistics that are involved to enable faster delivery and sound distribution of cos all products, across division.
- Responsible for translating business strategies into suitable actions for given geography while leveraging on local level opportunities.
- People Management.
- Execution and planning as per the Targets.
Candidate requirement :-
- MBA Full -Time
- Team Handling Capabilities
- Should have a strong exposure in either of the one industry - Food / Beverages / Fmcg
- Working in DELHI / NCR market is mandatory
