Our client is a leading Ed-Tech organization in India creating user friendly digital learning solutions for students and schools. The organization is looking to hire State Head- Haryana who will be responsible for achieving exponential growth in the business from both B2B (Schools) as well as the B2C.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieving exponential sales & revenue growth objective across products lines
- To build sustainable leadership position in markets and across product segments.
- P&L owner of a Business Unit
- Ownership of Client Satisfaction of all projects across the Business Unit ensuring Client association with upselling & renewals of existing business.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure right steps to grow the unit as per market demand.
- Enabling & Mentoring team members to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Build and scale a high-performing team responsible for a predictable and sustainable business.
- Attending, strategizing, and organizing conferences, meetings, and industry events by working alongside the marketing team.
- Ensuring effective use of CRM tools to capture activities of business unit.
- Responsible for Hiring & Attrition.
- Research and analyze various data & market trends
- Responsible for building & sustaining Brand image of the company in the area.
- Strategize as per regional conditions & variations to achieve revenue potential of the area and have leadership in the market.
Qualifications/Skill-set :
- A Senior experienced Sales professional with an overall 10+ years of work-experience as Business Development/Growth with at least 4+ years experience in a leadership position and a proven track record of driving growth from a team.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales from reputed institute.
- A strong growth & Start-up mindset with Go-getter attitude.
- Experience of managing a cross-functional team.
- Willing to extensively Travel across the Business Unit
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Extremely high level of ownership around the Targets & sustainable development of the business unit
- Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.
- A strong growth & Start-up mindset
- Strong business and analytical skills
- English language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
