State Head - Sales - Cement Industry

We are looking for hard core sales person for our client into cement industry :

Exposure into channel sales, distribution management, dealer development.

Minimum experience 10+ years with ceramic, Tiles, Paints, bath fitting or other building material products is mandatory.

Candidate should have Team handling experience

Designation : State Head (Sr. Manager Grade)

Base Location : Nagpur

Area : Vidharbha Region

Reporting : Regional Head

Team : 6 to 7 People

Job Details :

1. Daily review of Distributor and company's sales force

2. Focus on Primary and Secondary sales target in my region. 

3. Scouting New Area and develop the channel of distribution.

4. Responsible for achieving of company objectives in terms of revenue

5. Increase market share of company products by effective channel plan & strategy

6. Ensure high degree of customer satisfaction by promoting high degree of customer service

7. Implement company policy & strategy in the Territory

8. Explore & identify new areas for growth of business

9. Enhance the company reputation & goodwill in the area
