Profile: State Head-Sales

Product: Cross Sell Personal Loan

Job Role:

- Desired candidate should have in-house team handling experience. 

- His team will get data of current customers. 

- They will call them & pitch for PL. 

- He will have to drive the business of his area. He will have 5-6 TM's reporting directly. 

- Each TM will have 5-6 off roll executives who will call the customers & convert them to business.

Preferred candidate should be from PL, Credit Cards, BL, Micro Loans background.
