Location: STATE CAPITAL (TRAVELLING REQUIRED)

Salary/rate: STATE HEAD - 15-20 LACS

Requirements: STATE / LOCATION HEAD

- Should have very good demographic understanding of ifa's/ ca's and HNI/UHNI families across the state and cities.

- A good working relationship with ifa's is extremally important. Minimum 5yrs experience required in a state /location.

About us: Centricity wealth tech, a B2B2C wealth tech platform for independent investment professionals has been launched by a team of experienced private wealth managers and technology experts. The team aims to build a comprehensive tech solution for a largely unorganized IFA community and private wealth professionals who wish to become wealth management solopreneurs.

In September 2022, Centricity wealth tech raised capital from marquee investors such as the Dabur group, Polaris software group & Intellect design arena group and LNJ Bhilwara group. It plans to raise funds second round of seed investments from VC investors in the coming months to strengthen teams, ramp up technology and the product build-up.

Centricity's flexible and modular platform allows independent investment professionals and external asset managers to digitally partner with us and leverage technology to manage their clients' investments efficiently. Single family offices and corporate treasuries can also subscribe to the platform on a DIY basis to manage their investment portfolios.

About the role:

- The candidate will be responsible for developing and growing partner network and platform users.

- Identifying And Opening Branches In Potential Locations In His/Her Region. The Candidate Will Also Be Responsible For Training And Development Of Partners And Team.

- Overall responsible for business development of the Financial Products Distribution for the given location.

- To oversee and manage the branch staff, including their coaching, development and discipline to help meet sales targets, strict adherence to policies and procedures, and to provide services.

- Groom the team on product knowledge, system usages and guiding them to achieve the business objectives.

- Help the team to design and implement the business plans, ensuring the branch compliance, policies and process.

- To do the regular performance review of employees?? and evaluate, guide them for achieving the set goal.

Candidate requirements:

- Self-Motivated, Responsible With Convincing Power. Team Handling And Motivation Skills. Good Communication Skills.

- MBA. CFP OR Equalant Will Be A Positive.

- 8 plus years of experience.
