In charge of Sales Division -- in the given territory :
- Monitor & achieve Value / Volume target.
- Set dealer-wise monthly target.
- Monitor achievement of sales value & volume targets.
- Keeping good relationship with Dealers and Large Accounts.
- Responsible for submission of consolidated claims within stipulated timelines after proper checking & due authorization and follow up on pending claim issues (if any).
- Monitor new product launches.
- Manage and develop Key accounts by reviewing his performance on his business in favour of the company.
- Participate in appointment of Dealer in New Markets.
- New dealership appointment where there is market gap.
- Solve trade queries / problems & build relationship.
Job Responsibilities :
- Should have a Current or Earlier work experience in -- Karnataka / Andhra market
- Should be from any of the trade like - Paint / Lubricant / Adhesive / Lighting / Wall putty / Cement / C.D
- MBA is a must .
