State Head - Human Resource - FMCG Manufacturing (10-13 yrs)
For a leading organisation we are looking for State HR Head with the below mentioned responsibilities.
Key Focus points
a) Person should be heading HR for his respective location/ unit/ company for a complex employee base of, Doesn't mean that the candidate necessarily comes from a 24- 7 environment but must have handled various departments).
b) IR exp is must
c) Ideal combination: Earlier Manufacturing + currently Services
Preference:
a) Male Candidates
b) Willingness for any location
Role & Responsibilities as State HR Head:
- Talent Acquisition
- Performance Management & Talent Management
- Employee Engagement & Retention
- Compliances, Legal, MIS, Payroll, etc.
- Admin function-Supervising
Pls check on below parameters:
- IR Exp- disciplinary cases, litigations, conciliation cases, compliances
- Good HR Head exp at one or multiple locations.
