State Head - FMCG (2-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible planning the expansion activity for their territory by City
- Responsible for hiring the team of Program Managers, City Managers, TLs and FOSs in conjunction with the TA team and HR Team
- Manage the team as a unit and design incentive structures for the team
- Train and develop the Program Managers to become better people managers and drive planned outcomes
- Coordinating with the City Managers on the planning of the launch, signing off on the city wise launch plan by FOS
- Hiring of City Managers, training them on the process of managing acquisition
- Track performance of the team of City Managers
- Ensure that the acquisition is in line with the plan for each of the cities
- Plan for acquisition within the CAC target
- Plan for end customer acquisition activity to create Mega champions in all cities
- Coordinate with logistics/sourcing/network design/TA&HR team for smooth operations
Requirements :
- In 3 months all cities to reach the planned targets in terms of:
- Number of Super Champions acquired against plan
- Daily orders from 6OA+ Champions against plan
- Daily drop points from 6OA+ Champions against plan- Expansion to happen within CAC target
