Job Opening for State Head role with Leading Electrical Company
1. Management of all sales & marketing activities and development / maintenance of retail network in the assigned geography to achieve planned sales for sustained growth profitably. Lead and supervise a team of Sales Personnel efficiently for realizing operative & strategic goals of Organization. Primarily with B to C exposure.
2. Sales Volume: Achieving State targets on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Organizing area for sustained growth and Increasing market share
3. Sales Strategy: Developing and Executing Regional strategy aligned with All India strategy. Developing promotional strategy and Implementation. Ensure timely sales forecast as specified
4. Strengthening of Retail network by increasing independent dealers. to Strengthening of Retail network by consolidating and increasing self-sustaining distributors
5. Increasing network efficiency - Average Sales through put of dealers. Identifying potential dealers for future development.
6. Capture competitor's information on network, price, commercial policy, promotion and people as per norms
7. To guide, help and motivate team to ensure the achievement of the strategic targets. Efficient Administration and Management of Team.
8. Co-ordination with various departments eg. Marketing, CS and Credit Mgmt for ensuring services to his region.
9. Maintain good relationship with Key Customers. Improvement of channel efficiency and manpower efficiency
