State Head - Commercial Banking

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients with turnover up to - 2000 Cr across the state, including emerging locations.

- Drive new client acquisition and deepen existing relationships at Promoter/CFO levels.

- Deliver full-suite banking solutions: CA/SA, salary accounts, trade, forex, CMS, DCM, etc., in collaboration with product teams.

- Maintain high credit quality; ensure zero NPAs through sound underwriting and monitoring.

- Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of ARMs and analysts.

- Represent the bank in market-facing activities and enhance franchise visibility.

- Track market trends and support strategic business growth in the state.
