Grade - State Head Collection

Location- Rajasthan,Jaipur & Bangalore

Products - Agriculture Finance, Tractor

- Take responsibility for formation and implementation of strategies for improving efficiency in the Rural Collections and periodically monitor the processes to enhance efficiency in collections

- Liaison with Zonal and State managers to formulate the strategies for sourcing businesses and accordingly detail-out the business plan for the financial year.

- Take responsibility for system implementation (Tab) for monitoring collection process in the assigned zone and training collections team to use the new system

- Build networks and strategic alliances with manufacturers, dealers to drive business development, profitability and productivity of Rural business.

- Undertake necessary actions in co-ordination with the legal department for cases that need to be restructured and for cases in which assets can be recovered through legal intervention.

- Develop new strategies to scan the market for potential new avenues & generate revenue from untapped markets.

- Take responsibility for setting up MIS processes and generate anticipatory data analytics intelligence to drive efficiency in CNH & Rural collections process
