State Head - Building Materials Business

- Jointly responsible for the overall P&L for their state - (includes the category P&Ls and the Value added services)

- Getting customers onboard and getting them transacting on a continuous basis to achieve GMV forecast (physical hunting and farming enabled by digital tools)

- Enable customers to place orders using digital means and tools and bring more digitization to the pre-order process

- Establish the logistics partners and supply chain configuration for their respective states

- Responsible for customer satisfaction and NPS (delivery standards, quality assurance and handle any other customer issues)

- Compliance with all regulations at the local level (administrative in charge of the local offices)
