State Collection Manager - Unsecured Loans

o Achievement of Collections Targets for his /her locations as per budget matrix for the regions /states assigned

o To set up and manage Field Collections Agencies, Team in respective locations & drive them for the numbers - with proper planning & Execution, driving Collections through the Collection agencies and Collection managers.

o End to end co-ordination with the Call Centre teams, field collection agencies, Credit Teams, Operation Teams, improvement of existing processes, customer dispute redressal, collection managers, CCM

o Controlling front end delinquency flow & field coordination across the buckets

o Identification of early bucket frauds / skips / tough cases and referring to team for actions

o Ensuring Portfolio reviews of FC collection hard staff, hard collection Agencies. Publishing of monthly performance of channels with the help of state managers and collections officers.

o Develop low cost collections Model and Minimize cost of collections for hard bucket collections.

o Giving triggers to management in terms of risk / skip analysis of various business segments / regions etc through analysis of specific portfolio.

o Ensure Repo and Surrender cases are followed correctly

o Training of Cluster Collection managers and ensuring collection process is being followed as laid down

o Audit sample collection and raise red flags if any

o Drive team with high integrity and ensure productivity as per target

o Team Management , Hiring and driving culture of performance

o End to End tracking of cash collection process through proper MIS

o To identify process gaps and suggest process changes & enablers

o Manage the collection process as laid down, complete ownership of agency management process
