State Collection Manager - Unsecured Loans (4-10 yrs)

Position - State Collection Manager

Location - Bhopal Base

CTC - 20 Lpa Upto

Key Responsibilities:

- Credit Appraisal Underwriting of Unsecured Business Loan files as analysing applicant's financial status and credit evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans with preparing of Credit Approval Memo (CAM).

- Meeting with applicants (Personal Discussion) to obtain information for loan applications and analysing the financial situation of the client through business place visits.

- Pre and post sanction credit risk compliance.

- Handling the complete Credit & Backend process at branch level and train the resources regarding Credit, Operations and Sales documentation part.

- Active engagement with 3rd party vendors and track completion of all necessary verifications checks related to the loan application within the required turn around.

- Ensuring maintenance of TAT for UBL proposals at an acceptable level.

- Managing overall credit and risk functions for the areas/locations assigned to him/her.

- To facilitate business team, achieve monthly/annual business targets.

- To ensure adherence to credit policy and defined processes.

- Inputs for designing and implementation of credit policy and programmes, new initiatives, periodical changes in credit policy and programmes based on the inputs provided by sales team and market feedback, providing inputs on product and policy being followed by competitors in the market.

- To maintain the Portfolio Quality & being responsible for collections, delinquency. Responsible for controlling delinquencies through portfolio review especially monitoring non-starters.

- Coordination with Operations team for disbursal, OTC and PDD process.

- Hiring of credit resources as per manpower budgeting, attrition management and performance management.

- To ensure audit compliance and regulatory compliance for his/her location/area.

- To take reference checks for prospective borrowers from market links and existing lenders.

- Coordinating for training programs for credit/sales team.

- MIS management for his vertical.
