State Business Head - Sales - Education

About the Job Role :

We (one of the largest K-12 education groups in South India) are looking to hire a Leader who can take ownership of Business Operations of Tamil Nadu. This is a senior role and will be directly reporting to the Management Team. Any candidate who is passionate about education sector and can bring in a lot of energy and fresh ideas to help grow the establishment will be an ideal fit. Job Overview :

Will be responsible for overall Business Operations of the state - Administration, Sales, Marketing & Expansion of school branches. Should have proven competency and cross functional leadership in managing teams, setting targets and executing plans to achieve them.

Responsibilities :

- Understanding the current business, non-academic operations etc. and identifying scope for improvement

- Stabilize the existing branches - improve capacity utilization, increase revenue and profitability

- Identify new areas in Chennai and other districts for expansion

- Lead the expansion efforts and commence new branches each year

- Establishing infrastructure in old and new branches in coordination with the Procurement team

- Planning and execution of overall targets on Revenue and profits

- Strategize marketing plans including digital marketing, and execute them

- Streamlining Administration

- Liasoning with CBSE/State Boards, and other authorities to get necessary approvals and clearances for running Schools

- Negotiating with building owners on the terms and conditions especially rentals etc.

- Improve Parent satisfaction score on branch hygiene, responsiveness and student safety & welfare

- Crisis management.
