Job Description:
- Spearheading the establishment, cultivation and expansion of channel distribution through partnerships in the overall wealth management/Wealth-Tech industry with players such as boutique wealth outfits, family offices, Fintech/Wealth event communities, etc.
- Drive AUM on the platform by deepening existing relationships and building new relationships through HNI/UHNI advisory and institutional channels
- Developing and implementing strategic channel sales plans aligned with company objectives, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize channel performance
- Own the funnel from sourcing to activation to continuous engagement through collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Acquire, retain, deepen portfolio to maximize sales performance to achieve revenue targets through liability products and wealth management products and asset related products (secured, unsecured)
- Grow AUM and Sales revenue on a month-on-month basis
- Ensure effective relationship management by monitoring the movement of the customers and implementing a customer retention program.
- Customer query handling / complaint resolution
Key Skill:
- Must have independently managed the entire process and delivered P&L targets
- Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree or commensurate work experience
