StashFin - Technology Product Manager

The Role

- To achieve a competitive differentiation in lending business, the company plans to invest in an industry leading technology platform.

- The incumbent will report to the CTO of the company & will be involved in managing & developing the various technology platforms.

Expectations

- Manage a product road map for internal & external facing products

- Handle multiple product development roadmaps concurrently spanning multiple projects

- Manage a high performance team of 20+ bright engineers

- Ability to continuously track and monitor the competitive landscape

- Conceptual understanding of User Experience Design and the Design Process

- Proven experience in communicating feature requirements across various platforms

- Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries

Competencies

- 7+ years of experience in software development / technology product management

- 2-5 years of coding experience

- Strong UX skills

- Demonstrated ability to articulate a business concept into a visual display and refining that into a UI concept

- Understanding of data structures & database technologies

- Intermediate SQL skills

- Ability to work with Agile project management methods

- Experience in sprint planning, scrums & building reports on the Agile model

- Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.

- Shown success as an individual contributor as well as team player

- Have consistently demonstrated ability and commitment to deliver on major projects.

- Owning overall product design for the existing platform and multiple new features in the pipeline including competitive landscape mapping, mock-ups, usage scenarios, prototypes, navigation maps etc.

- Knack for benchmarking and optimization
