The company is led by a CEO who is an experienced venture capital and private equity investor with extensive global experience & a stellar track record.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. To achieve a competitive differentiation in lending business, the company plans to invest in an industry leading technology platform.
The incumbent will report to the CTO of the company & will be involved in managing & developing the various technology platforms.

Expectations
- Manage a product road map for consumer facing products
- Handle product development roadmaps concurrently spanning multiple projects
- Interact with a high performance team of engineers
- Ability to continuously track and monitor the competitive landscape
- Conceptual understanding of User Experience Design and the Design Process
- Proven experience in communicating feature requirements across various platforms
- Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries
- Manage relationships with various data & services vendors to develop a best of breed consumer interaction
Competencies
- Graduate from an A list Engineering Institution with at least 2 years of work experience
- Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritise and drive decision-making
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving based upon it
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organisation
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to deliver on major projects
