The Role:

The successful candidate will work directly with the senior Product Management team. The role involves end-to-end management of the company's card products including driving the implementation of key strategic card-related projects within the company.

Expectations:

- Managing end-to-end card experience including the product and the operations involved.

- Liaison with strategic partners to ensure smooth functioning of all the card products of the company.

- Manage relationships with all existing card program partners and launch new card programs as per business requirements.

- Negotiate commercials, close agreements, assess technical stack and assess the impact on internal systems for all card programs.

- Ensure there is a feature-rich card to give out to customers and ensure the card product is being continuously optimized.

- Drive implementation of key card-related projects within the company.

- Monitor KPIs, unit economics, and other card-related business metrics.

- Improve operational efficiencies by automating processes.

- Build Business Requirement Documents and Product Requirement Documents to ensure complete clarity and smooth implementation of all projects.

- Close coordination with the technology and product teams to ensure timely implementation of all projects.

- Identify problem statements with regards to any of the card-related products, build solutions and drive end-to-end implementation.

- Carry out competitive benchmarking across the industry to ensure a best-in-class experience for customers.

Competencies:

- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in product management, sales, and/or operations.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and high-scale consumer tech environment under minimal supervision.

- Self-driven attitude with a high sense of ownership.

- Willingness to take initiative, and sheer ability to hustle to get things done.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present work to executives and large groups.

- Strong time-management skills.

- Excellent knowledge of the financial services industry and in particular card-related products.

- Proficient in extracting data using SQL.

- Basic technical knowledge and the ability to read API documents.

- May or may not have a tech background.
