Responsibilities : - Ideation of new initiatives to improve SEO health - Tracking conversion rates and making improvements - Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in SEO - Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code &amp; existing code - Conducting keyword research to guide content teams - Compile and present SEO performance reports - Reviewing and providing recommendations to resolve technical SEO issues - Develop and execute successful SEO strategies - Coordinating off-page optimization projects (e.g., link-building) - Collecting data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects - Keeping abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends - Leading and directing implementation of strategic and operative on and off page SEO strategies and optimization for StashFin - Leading technical SEO analysis, identifying and executing website optimization strategies that deliver organic leads and conversions - Developing, track and monitor SEO targets, including KPIs, in alignment with business strategy - Cooperating with internal stakeholders across marketing and engineering teams Requirements : - Knowledge of tools : Ahrefs, SEMrush and other commonly used SEO tools - Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in SEO &amp; digital marketing - Team player who prospers in a fast-paced work environment - Past FinTech experience is preferred but not necessary - 5+ years of experience in SEO - Technical proficiency, including the ability to speak developer's language - An analytical mindset and a very good understanding of business-savvy SEO KPIs - Own complete end to end growth of the SERP
