StashFin - Investment Banking/Fund Raise/Private Equity/Investor Relations Role

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Banking:

- Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising transactions.

- Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation of target companies.

- Prepare pitch books, financial models, and presentations for client meetings.

- Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic solutions for clients.

Fund Raising:

- Develop and implement fund-raising strategies to meet capital requirements.

- Identify and approach potential investors, including institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals.

- Prepare and present fundraising materials, including prospectuses, presentations, and investment memoranda.

- Track and report on fundraising progress and investor feedback.

Private Equity:

- Support the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of private equity investments.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify investment opportunities.

- Assist in the structuring and negotiation of investment deals.

- Monitor portfolio companies and track performance against investment criteria.

Investor Relations:

- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective investors.

- Prepare and distribute regular updates, including performance reports and newsletters.

- Coordinate and organize investor meetings, calls, and events.

- Address investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
