Investment Analyst StartupXseed Ventures is the Investment Manager of "Aaruha Technology Fund I and II" registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as Category I - under Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) Regulations 2012. We are a sector agnostic fund with investments from SaaS to Space (Tech), including the areas of Cyber Security, Semicon, AI/ML, Drones and New Frontier Startups in India with a Global Focus. Location: Bangalore 1. Demonstrated passion for technology/ entrepreneurship/ Investments. 2. Prefer (Not limited) candidates with Science/ Engineering/ Technology background. 3. Generalist - ability to understand technology and business models of B2B and B2B2C early-stage startups. 4. Ability to operate and thrive independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial/ unstructured environment 5. Strong interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills. 6. Exceptional financial skills, as well as analytical/strategic thinking capabilities. 7. 2 - 5 of experience in a VC / investment bank / early stage investments/family office 8. Pipeline generation: Maintain relationships with incubators, accelerators, VCs, and other stakeholders to create a pipeline of deals for analysis. 9. Meeting Founders & filtering Startups: Analyze startups (Founders, market, business model, and financial model) and assist Principal/ Partners on Investment decisions. 10. Assist/ perform due diligence on potential investments and conduct primary and secondary research on potential companies, their references. 11. Assist in preparation of Investment committee notes and work with lawyers to document investments. 12. Continuous analysis of the performance of portfolio companies and their competitors and keep seniors updated on the progress. 13. Reading, analyzing, and interpreting macro-economic reports to help develop investment thesis. 14. Prepare Presentations and assist in any communication to stakeholders of the Fund. 15. Assist with fundraising and reporting.
