Basic Role Function / Job Responsibilities-

- Planning and coordinating start up incubation activities. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

- Engage with the Startup Community and ensure that the communication is seamless through the mailing list, events calendars, announcements, etc. Manage schedules and deadlines . Monitor costs and expenses and P&L of respective Startup incubation account Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations, Maintain all the income and expenses, End to End management of event / workshop / meet- ups planned at startup incubator, Meet staff requirements, needs and resolve their problems, support to HR Department.

- Maintain all databases including financial and staff reports & prepare expenses budget and operate within its limits. Work with the on-boarded startups to identify their problems and make suitable connects - investors, potential customers etc. by taking help of the start up committee and leveraging the program. Engage with third party professionals to help startups on legal, financial, and IP issues. Work closely with the ecosystem and Bring industry partners - angels, VCs, mentors, industry folks to visit the incubator and contribute to its success
