Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance - Vice President - Equity Fund Management

Key Impact Areas:

- Responsible for fund management and to manage AUM, to lead and manage fixed income team, Equity fund management and Research team.

- To manage Actuarial risk and Regulator Expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve higher yield with proper asset allocation complying with all regulatory and internal guidelines and ALM into consideration

- Focus on Credit Risk and Liquidity, maintain SUD Life's portfolio in line with all IRDAI regulations and SUD Life's investment policy with focus on systems and maintain ALM targets.

- Outperforming the benchmark through efficient asset allocation and security selection

- Outperforming comparable peers in Insurance Industry

- Report to IEC on the performance and plan

- Report to board through investment committee

- To lead and manage fixed income team, Equity fund management and Research team

- To liaison with Actuary, Risk, Business unit to meet their expectation

- To explore the opportunity for the betterment of investment function
