Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance - Talent Management & L&D Specialist (2-6 yrs)
1. Design and Drive talent management initiatives around identification, development, and personalized career journeys.
2. Succession planning: Ensure that each business-critical role has multiple internal incumbents in a staggered and planned manner.
3. Collaborate with leadership team on formulation of key talent strategy and execution basis calendar timelines.
4. Anchor the Talent Assessment program, bundled with talent forums and downstream linkages with other parts of the org.

6. Drive usage of Learning Experience Platform and constantly evolve on success metrices to measure and track impact.
7. Work closely with internal and external SMEs, to provide high quality and effective learning across the org, both at tactical and strategic levels.
8. Constantly develop and execute Recognition Programs - in sync with organization priorities and purpose. Build in processes to create top-notch Ex around Recognition.
9. Employee communication is a critical area of impact. Understanding of branding and internal communication strategies, and putting them to action are part of the role.
10. Extensive research on best practices at country, global spectrum and the ability to execute the right ones for SUD Life.
