Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance - Senior Manager/AVP - L&D/Talent Management & Employee Engagement (4-5 yrs)
Star Union Dai-ichi is currently looking to hire at SR. Manager/AVP Level in the Corporate HR Team based out of Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
This role would involve handling L&D, Talent Management & Employee Engagement.
1. Shape & Implement strategies that will heip develop & retain high performing talent in the organisation.
2. Assist in the implementation of the program that aim to attract,measure, develop and manage the talent pool.
3. Design & deliver employee training programs to expand the talent & skills across all employees at all levels.
4. Working closely with all leaders to understand the training needs in the respective departments.
5. Act as the primary driver for employee engagement activities across the corporate office.
6. Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy across departments.
7. Calculate employee engagement matrics,like retention and turnover rates.
4 - 5 years of relevant experience in Management Consulting/ BFSI would be ideal.
