- Create training content which will aid sales staff in effectively imparting knowledge and result in increased productivity and sales

- Ensure standardized training material is available across the country

- Prepare Product as well as Soft skills/behavioural training content

- Ensure effective dissemination of the content utilizing all mediums including digital

- Build the content repository for the organization which is regularly updated and is best-in-class

- Creation of content, coordinating with internal departments and ensuring adherence to standardized process

- Candidate should have experience in Life Insurance Co.
