Key Responsibilities : Performance Appraisals : - Drive the end to end performance management cycle across the organisation to build a performance centric culture (for both Sales &amp; Non-Sales roles) - Clearly define work expectations and critical success factors by designing SMART &amp; MECE KPIs for critical roles - Run the Mid Year cycle targeted to identify the achievement against set objectives at individual, team and organisational level and realign the KPIs for the remainder year - Manage the calculation and payouts for appraisal related components such as Increments, Variable Pay and Long Term Incentives like ESOPs and deferred cash - Identify the gaps or necessary changes needed in the current appraisal process and suggest modifications and interventions which would aid in the organisation's growth - Manage the performance appraisal processes on HRMS including capacity building of staff members on the same and system use Compensation : - Participate in LI sector wide relevant surveys for compensation benchmarking - Develop and evolve the organisation's pay structure and determine and implement competitive salary ranges in line with the organisation's pay philosophy - Executing compensation philosophy through policies, procedures and processes to control wage bill and create robust organisation structures - Research, benchmark and devise new compensation components like Long Term Incentives, ESOPs and other such incentives to improve productivity and retention, in turn catering to the growth of the organisation Analytics : - Provide HR analytics and consequently suggest improvements in HR Process like Hiring, Onboarding, Marination, Productivity, Compliance and Attrition - Develop predictive models that predict possible attrition in turn lead time - Collate and Benchmark market data on key HR Practices like Hiring, Attrition, etc. - Publish monthly Dashboards and Executive summary to Top Management containing relevant insights and updates Special Projects : - Deliver Project Management, Strategic Planning and implementation support for key HR Projects - MBA or equivalent degree from a Tier 1 institute with specialisation in Human Resources. - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience preferably in BFSI space.
