Responsibilities
- Driving business transformation and change management initiatives by identifying and conceptualizing strategic drivers and other important initiatives.
- Ensuring operational excellence of all processes by identifying best practices and benchmarking initiatives in the operations vertical.
- Analysing and streamlining the existing processes for operation departments like Underwriting, Claims and Group Operations.
- Driving Operational Risk Projects by setting and monitoring key milestones, bottlenecks and achievement metrics
- Supporting in updating documentations (SOP, Policies, Guidelines) and setting up a comprehensive vendor review and management system and ensuring timely & quality delivery from them
- Setting exception reporting, monitoring in a regular manner and reporting any deviation therein backed by required data and process analysis.
Work Experience: 5 to 8 Years of relevant experience;
Industries: Life Insurance (in Operational Improvement or Process Reengineering roles) or Consulting (in Supply Chain Management, Operational Risk, Operational Efficiency, Process Improvement)
Academic Qualification: MBA from Premier Institute
