Job Title: Regional Head Operations.

Location: Pune.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Operational Efficiency: Oversee and improve decision turnaround times (TAT) for new business processes, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Branch Management: Facilitate effective branch operations through regular visits, governance audits, and training sessions.

- Retention Management: Lead initiatives to improve surrender retention rates and drive renewal collections.

- Revenue Growth: Plan and execute service camps and other activities to enhance revenue generation.

- Performance Monitoring: Ensure branches achieve assigned ratios and KPI targets, including renewal collections and retention metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:.

- 8-15 years of experience into Operation in life insurance industry.

- Proven leadership experience in operational management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and team management skills.

- Ability to travel for branch facilitation and governance activities.
