Position Details:

Role Purpose :

- A self-motivated individual who will work directly with stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

- He or she will coordinate with internal departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.

- Need to be creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture.

- The job requires some overtime hours, especially around end-of-month deadlines & should be able to tolerate stress.

Job Responsibilities :

- Indian Life Insurance domain knowledge a must.

- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Create a detailed project plan to track progress. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks, Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed

- Evaluate and assess result of project. Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions

- Recommends strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, anticipating requirements.

Technical Competencies / Specializations:

1. Solid Insurance background, with sound technical knowledge about systems used in Indian Insurance Industry

2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Proficiency in project management software tools

3. Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

5. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Preferred Work Experience:

- Experience in Business & Service Excellence, Process Improvement.

- Knowledge of techniques and tools

- Experience as a Project Manager

- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management

- Proficiency in project management tools
