- CL penetration in each of the bank's base
- Process with lower TAT for attachment of CL to loans disbursed
- Share of CL business from loan processing centres of the bank
- Overall growth of CL business
The role would be responsible for driving the Credit Life business end-to-end, right from strategizing, planning, implementing, dealing with key internal and external stakeholders and monitoring/tracking of the business.
- Responsible for driving penetration of Credit Life in the Retail Asset Base of the distributor/partner banks
- Partake in business planning of Credit Life from 9000+ distributor bank branches across the country
- Design strategy to drive business from Loan Processing Centres of the banks
- Work with the bank to enhance/modify/re-design the process for increasing the CL attachment with the loans
- Liaise with the field sales team to understand the product requirements and work with the product team to structure the product in line with sales and customer need
