Roles and Responsibilities

- Fundamental research (primary or secondary) on sector and business.

- Building & maintaining updated financial models at company & sector levels.

- Providing investment recommendations, including developing recommendations for various internal stakeholders.

- Monitoring investment portfolio and the sector for any developments, and keeping oneself up-to-date.

- Any other allied activities to aid & assist in the above.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong fundamentals in finance and valuations

- Ability to evaluate business models, sector dynamics and economic cycles

- Ability to deliver error-free work under pressure of tight deadlines

- Adequate MS Excel skills to build & maintain models in an efficient manner

- Good communication ability. (verbal & written)

- Exposure to real estate, REITs, InvITs or AIFs would be preferred.
