- Having 6 + years of IT Experience and having technical skills in Web technologies (Darknight & MVC), Database (SQL), etc.

- Should have experience in managing, implementing and supporting the application BAU (Business as Usual) activities in insurance / financial domain.

- Should have experience in Stakeholder Management - Implement and direct towards creation of successful stakeholder relationship for meeting the business demands and needs. Continuous review, evaluation and feedback with stakeholders to have a win-win situation.

- Should have experience in vendor management - Implement and direct vendor team to deliver the requirements on time and meeting the business needs and standards.

- Should be a good team player - experience in handling team, providing direction and guidance towards development and deliveries. Tracking & monitoring the daily activities and providing the updates to management on time.

- Application Risk and Audit Management- experience in develop and implement procedures and processes for risk quantifications and arrive upon risk categories. Review and monitor all processes towards keeping the risk indicators under acceptable levels.

- Having knowledge of Insurance domain would be added advantage.

- Responsible for managing, implementing and supporting the application BAU (Business as Usual) activities.
