This role would involve leading Compensation & Benefits & Performance Management.
1. Compensation :
- C&B Lead will be responsible for researching, establishing, and designing & maintaining a company's pay system as per philosophy. Exposure to salary bench-marking survey, leading annual increment / bonus payouts, ESOP schemes is necessary
2. PMS (Performance Management System) :
- To be responsible for planning and implementing the corporate performance management framework to ensure continuous alignment and drive a culture of performance at all levels
