- Managed end to end recruitment
- Reviewing and screening applications through various sources
- Based on projected manpower responsible for lateral hiring/ campus hiring and walk in strategies and execution.
- Conduct HR Interviews for the shortlisted candidates along with the Business Heads
- Offer discussions/negotiations and closing the offers by providing industry best compensation
- Keep a tab on the hiring mix by hiring from cost effective channels
- Maintain the Employee Referral channels and Internal Job Posting for Corporate Finance
- Conducting Recruitment Drives as per the Business criticality
- Responsible for Talent Management
