Sourcing &amp; Procurement Role - India &amp; SEA - Serve as a business partner to Business Unit key stakeholders by identifying their critical business requirements and providing Sourcing &amp; Procurement services to meet/exceed their expectations - Build/establish strategic relationships with key suppliers to drive enhanced value and innovation - Provide rigorous cost and market analysis following the models established by Strategic Sourcing focusing on the total cost of ownership - Prepare for and execute clear, structured negotiations following the Strategic Sourcing process - Manage e-Procurement catalogue content development, coordinated with International and Global teams - Provide and lead Strategic procurement services that provide low cost/best value to constituents while considering impact on operations, customers and competitors - Implement cost effective technologies to increase transaction efficiencies and drive down overall cost of procurement - Ensure consistent application of procurement processes across constituent groups - Identify, develop and deploy best practice supplier management, procurement and supply chain practices - Drive internal skill/capability development to broaden and build staff skill sets - Institutionalize procurement performance measures that demonstrate value and ensure supplier performance - Responsible for the creation and execution of annual operating plans and 5yr strategic sourcing plan. - Ensure compliance, cost savings and performance measures are established, tracked and achieved - Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances - Is accountable for the savings delivery for India &amp; SEA Procurement Operations/Centralized Casual Buying (CCB): - Manage Procurement Operations/CCB leader for India &amp; SEA and his/her team. Help the team with advise and support on requests from various vendors, stake holders and process related issues - Identify current process issues an liaise with ASC team based in Shanghai and the US - Identify solutions for the issues and design an action plan for testing and execution of new ideas - Liaise and work with the Global teams (DWSS and ASC) to identify improvement opportunities to ensure an efficient end to end Procure To Pay(PTP) process - Provide feedback and ideas to the Global team in the process of designing and introducing new systems and software - Partner with the IFS and CI teams to rollout new processes &amp; systems testing and execution such as P-Card or SAP enhancements - Partner with the Finance teams to improve the accuracy of the coding - Provide input into designing KPIs for the function performance to the leadership on a quarterly basis - Design strategic process improvements to reduce the dependency on manual process - Partner with the Continuous Improvement team and other Procurement Operations/CCB teams to standardize, improve and optimize the PTP process and tools - Educate the requestors and business units on the procurement policies and offer training as required. Provide input in the CCB and Requestor training materials as required - Liase with Management Audit and take responsibility for audit action items relating to procurement
