- ABOUT THE ROLE: Be the custodian of rights & Drive compliance and payments  CONTEXT - Be the custodian of procurement for the business for Technology, Marketing & Content deals  - Drive compliance and payments (in line with the contracts)  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   - Manage Vendor relationship right from vendor empanelment to contracting and ensure necessary documentations in place before execution of services.  - To support functional teams with the available alternatives of services and market benchmarking to keep them abreast of technology challenges.  - Process internal and external documentation basis the nature and specifics of the deal. There shall be need of co-ordination with external and internal parties on the same.  - Identifying New/alternate Vendors, Vendor Development and Vendor Management  - Point person for evaluation of & negotiations with external parties (working with the head)  - Understanding business needs and assist in identifying appropriate vendors & closing deals with them  - Providing inputs on commercial clauses in the agreement to safeguard Company's interest.  - Communicate frequently and professionally with stakeholders regarding the status of the procurement   - Will be involved in areas of Budgetary management and control  PERFORMANCE MEASURES - Based on KRA set for the role.  QUALIFICATION - Post Graduate/ BE from a recognized institute with minimum 7 years of relevant work experience   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - Prior experience in the Digital industry, preferably on technology, marketing & content in the procurement/business roles   - Requires to have a good command over analytics and tools (excel etc.)  - Should have experience in cost negotiations basis understanding of business models across the industry  - Is able to manage relationships both internal and external and evolve working dynamics  - Thrive in a team environment, working as a team member as well as work independently in a fast-paced environment  PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES   - Excellent communication skills.  - Aptitude in data analysis and decision making  - Influencing skills and collaboration; ability to get the work done independently  - Proficient in word / excel and knowledge of drafting  - Agility to thrive in a high-flux environment
