The channel has set out to win a very wide and arguably the most complex set of audience. This roles requires developing business solutions, business strategy & manage business planning.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Developing business solutions, business strategy & manage business planning for the channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mining and analyzing new data sets, such as Big Data & Unstructured rural data
- Identifying key consumer trends, based on viewership & macro socio-cultural-economic data
- Developing business solutions, such as building competitive advantage, developing content pipeline, FPC management, building reach across geographies & audience segments
- Business strategy & planning
- Revenue planning : servicing sales requirement, Developing advertiser communication strategy & Brand solutions
- Lead & own end to end On Air i.e. Content Scheduling, Ops & sustenance for all channels
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Effective Inventory utilization by optimizing runs & repeats usage
- 100% achievement of channel viewership target.
- Complete Onus of pilot testing for new concepts/shows.
- Constructive and timely feedback to Programming team on changing consumer/viewership trends
- Growth in channel viewership through effective weekly FPC planning
- Ensuring we adhere to and execute long term FPC plans
- Competition tracking and optimal promo planning for home channel
- Liaise with Media planning and Marketing teams to optimally plan Home Network and Cross Network promo inventory
QUALIFICATION
- Should be an MBA graduate with a minimum of 11-14 years of experience in Programming Strategy
