ABOUT THE ROLE: Provide decision and operational support for Hotstar International Strategy & Partnerships. Context Hotstar International is in a growth phase expanding into new countries. As we grow there is an ongoing need to design, execute, measure, and evolve both short-term and long-term plans. The person in the role would, therefore, be playing a critical role to help the team execute as per plan, monitor metrics and report ongoing insights to support leadership quest of reaching business targets KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Synthesize current status and prepare preliminary action steps in key areas of the business - Aid to formulate corporate strategies and structure corporate proposals in line with Hotstar International's vision - Undertake, coordinate and implement the strategic planning activities and corporate development initiatives - Lead ongoing business planning role - Prepare financial studies/ cases and forecasts, corporate proposal papers for evaluation and strategic business planning - Risk assessment of new initiative projects - Conduct in-depth analysis and review of the Group's business - Monitor and report on the progress of strategic and business plan implementation - Regularly revisit Head's initiatives to ensure prioritization according to business and strategic objectives PERFORMANCE MEASURES : - Timely delivery of projects/assignments - Executing big ideas and key strategic projects QUALIFICATION : - MBA from Tier I institute with minimum 2-4 years of work experience - Experience in consulting is a must KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS : - Strong analytical/ problem solving and presentation making skills. - Confident and non-hierarchical thinker. - Good organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic business environment. - Excellent project management skills. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES : - High on energy, assertive and to be able to deal with multiple stakeholders. - Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. - Should be driven and mature enough to handle senior level relationships. - Should be a proactive problem solver Vs. reactive manager.
