KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Have a good understanding of all the shows, characters & storylines
- Use shows, characters and storylines to determine a broad communication plan for the shows handled - launch / sustenance
- Work closely with the marketing & communication team to have synchronization in on air and off air branding.
- Work closely with the Research team to understand trends in viewership across channels; translate these into action points for OAP
- Analyze the brief to arrive at a communication plan bearing in mind objective, TG & consumer insights
- Have a good command over the Hindi language, along with the creative sense of handling edits and shoots.
- Ensure Dynamic workflow is handled smoothly without any glitches.
- Ensure translation of the above into high-impact promos (shoot based as well as edit based)
- Measure effectiveness of the promos through primary & secondary research
- Channel Branding - Promote channel, Preparation of Audio Visuals and marketing Presentations
- Campaign Management - Concept, Pre launches, shooting, Editing
- Responsible for the TRP's
- Be responsible in handling a team of individuals and creatively nurture their talent to suit the business needs of the channel

QUALIFICATION - Experience of minimum 7-8 years in on air promotions / creating TVCs
- Diploma in TV and production preferred
- Should have strong graphics sense
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - Ability to handle all shoot breakdowns
- Should have strong graphics sense
- Effective team handling
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES - Excellent communication, persuasion & negotiation skills.
