Star TV - Manager - Sales Operations

Context:

Star India has embarked on a journey to give shape to future looking an Ad Sales Business. This process requires a re-engineering of Skill sets, Processes and Systems. Coming on back of the Channel based sales team, the processes and systems need to be standardized and contemporized in line with the times and needs of the business. The business is making major investments in the arena and in this context with a looking a person to lead and project manage this initiative within Star.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business requirement gathering and analysis

- Re-engineering of process and business rules/policies

- Selection of vendors and managing vendor delivery

- Project Management and Stakeholder alignment

- Roll out of new processes and systems

Performance Measures:

- Timeliness and Quality of roll out

Qualification:

- Minimum Qualification : MBA (Tier 1 management institute), MCA or CA

- With at least 6-9 years of post-qualification experience

Knowledge And Skills:

- Strong Quantitative and analytical ability, Project Management, Experience in IT implementation.
